Danaher Cryogenics, a leader in manufacturing of fully-integrated, sub-Kelvin cryostats and engineering elegant cryogenic solutions, today announced the acquisition of the Adiabatic Demagnetization Refrigerator (ADR) Cryogenic product line from Boulder-based High Precision Devices, Inc. (HPD), a subsidiary of FormFactor.
